In a 600–800-word essay, apply the legal philosophy and social policy for one school issue or policy (topic) that could lead to litigation, if left unaddressed.
___State the existing policy exactly as it is currently worded, or if a new policy is being proposed because there is not a current policy, enter the new wording of the created policy being proposed.
___Describe the process used in selecting the topic and in evaluating the ethical and/or legal dimensions of the issue.
___Once the topic has been selected, analyze it through the lens of the Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE).
___With the topic in mind, review the MCEE principles and select at least three of the most relevant MCEE principles, using them as a framework to analyze the selected topic.
