Implementation plan
Detail how the product, infrastructure or process you have designed is put to use by your client or in the community. How will your design solution be introduced to the client or community and used, constructed, managed, maintained etc. over time? How will the client or community be trained in its construction/use? How will the design be evaluated? How your project will affect the future workings of the client or community, how can the client or community can take ownership of the project?
It should be sufficiently detailed but appropriately communicated so you can hand it to the client and they can implement it (ideally, without your intervention).
