Develop a critical analysis of what is currently understood about building effective communication in the workplace, especially what challenges managers face in this in this area to improve workplace communication. Understanding some of the challenges will help in proposing recommendation as to how managers can achieve effective communication in the workplace. To successfully complete this assessment, your team needs to do the following: 1. Identify and critically discuss three (3) major challenges that managers may face in regards to effective workplace communication. You may draw on perspectives from a general viewpoint and also from specific examples. 2. Provide two (2) recommendations that managers can implement to overcome these challenges to effective workplace communication. You may also add knowledge and content, which you have learnt in the unit, especially different personality types and how they relate to your chosen factor. It is always a good idea to speak to your tutors about your ideas and get feedback! To help ensure you have considered the latest knowledge in this field; you must use a minimum of ten (10) relevant and up-to-date academic articles. In addition, you should consult professional articles (for example, Bloomberg, McKinsey, Forbers, The Economist, Time Magazine, etc.) articles on your chosen topic. Ensure the majority of articles are published in 2011 or onwards from journals and books.
