Archival Research Project For your fourth and final major assignment, you will take a deep dive into the Healey Library Digital Archives, immersing yourself in primary research. After instruction on archival, you will select materials from the digital archive to base your research on. Your process for research and writing will proceed as follows: Observe materials. Find the items that interest you and make note of them. Document the materials. Write down their location. Take detailed notes, photos, and scans for future use. Ask questions. What do these materials make you think about? What questions do they raise? See where this line of inquiry takes you. 1. Develop a research question. Find a central question that you wish to answer through this assignment. 2. Find (at least 2) secondary resources related to your topic. Find citations that help you answer your research question. 3.
