Cultural Competency in Healthcare Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of cultural competency in healthcare settings. I am taking a seminar and I have to write a paper about cultural competency in healthcare.Prior to this seminar I took a class about ‘Management of Healthcare organizations. I will attach 2 papers I had to write for that class. This seminar and paper is like a review of what I leaned and how the Management of Healthcare Organizations class will help me in my future healthcare career. I attached a Learning Outcome sample paper of how this paper should be like for reference only. Describe the scope of the project(s) you completed or the assessment tool that was used to demonstrate your competency in this outcome.
