You will need to have access to financial information such as Budgets, Capital investment appraisals and Costing information from before and after the decision. Specifically, your report should cover: 1. Evaluation of the Capital Investment decision using at least two of the 4 methods and critically appraise the costing and break-even analysis for the decision. 2. Analysis of the procurement and supply chain information of your business and if relevant discuss any changes that have been made to your procurement process as a result of the decision which you are analysing. 3. Analysis of the pre-decision budget for this project/ department to the post-decision forecasts including appraisal of any capital investment and procurement and supply chain changes. The decision to focus on was to buy an ERP attached are the template, criteria for marking and a scenario to use.
