Write a study paper on the project manager in preparation for hosting a party. During this course, you will be the project manager for hosting a party. The project could be building a house, hosting a party, a work-related project, implementing a new business process, developing a new product, home renovation, and more. The project must have at least three control accounts, and four planning packages. If you are unsure if the project will work, please contact your instructor. For this week’s assignment, you will complete the following for your project:Create the project’s scope statement.Create the Statement of Work (SoW).Using Microsoft Project, create the Work Breakdown Structure, including work packages and a numbering system for the code of accounts.Add a title & reference page to your WBS.Include three (3) external references to your WBS.You will upload each of the project’s documents to the assignment drop-box.
