Assignment Question

High-performance organizations plan recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and placement of new personnel to optimize each department. Within those departments the existing and new personnel act together, utilizing their knowledge, skills and abilities to perform tasks. The mission of the organization serves as a guide for human resource planning and organizational planning.

In a four page paper (plus the title and references pages),
• Discuss the relationship between human resource planning activities and the organization’s strategic development and implementation.
• Describe the eight elements of the staffing process. Use headings for each of the eight elements following APA format.
• Examine the relationship between the eight elements of the staffing process and the four activities related to human resource planning. The Human Resource Planning and Organizational Strategy paper
• Must utilize academic voice.
• Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
