Write a three-part research report on operations management that includes an Excel model.The assignment consists of 3 parts.
You will need to start with the documents marked A (Important Info and Assessment Brief). In that, you will find a link to the website for the company the assignment is applied. In addition, there is an Organization Chart and
Supplier Turnover Report that you will need along with multiple audios required for the completion of the assignment. These are very important.

Part 1 – I completed this report but would appreciate your inputs for some improvement based on the assignment feedback document attached..

Part 2 – choose one of two option for the assessment and build the required excel model. A 500 words analysis needs to be provided,

Part 3 – A 3300 report utilizing findings from part 1 and 2. Detailed instructions are in the document ‘Part 3_Assessment lecture Part 3’
