Inventory the last few years of your life, exploring those discovered in previous modules in this course. Gather as many relevant documents as you can think of that will assist you in completing this self inventory. Inventory the courses you completed, the work experiences you’ve had, and any life experiences that contributed to your professional development. Don’t forget to identify failures. Great lessons are learned from failures. Cite the documents used to help you create your inventory.Once the inventory is completed, reflect on any themes that emerged in terms of skill-sets, accomplishments and actions. Explain each. For example, did you develop specific communication, computer, management/leadership, or team building skills? Analyze the coursework/assignments/group work and extracurricular activities in which you engaged. Identify skills gained from these experiences. Do the same with work experiences.
