1) Give a brief history and background of the leader. Time period, situation/circumstance (why was their leadership required), style of leadership, outcome as a direct result of their leadership.2) List some of the leadership behaviours and traits they exhibited, e.g. What did they do, what did they preach, how did they fight for what they thought was right?3) Why (why not) was he or she a great leader?
