Are women’s human rights more important than children’s human rights?

Although it’s not exactly a zero-sum situation, the fact is that sometimes the rights one group may claim conflict with rights claimed by another group. Beyond consideration of issues such as corporal punishment of children by their mothers, what other areas of conflict and issues of prioritization do you see?
