Write a GIS research proposal focusing on solving a practical problem of geospatial nature.

The research project title has not been decided. Expert service is required to suggest a title. The topic must be related to Singapore and ArcGIS to be used as the main GIS software tool. This GIS project should focus on solving a practical problem of geospatial nature. The project must provide solutions to a practical problems or services to a client (e.g., community, agency, or principal investigator of a funded project) that include but not limited to the followings: carrying out spatial or spatiotemporal analysis, developing a geospatial database, system infrastructure evaluation and plan, or application development. The project must demonstrate appropriate handling of geospatial data and usage of GIS and related software packages, such as ArcGIS, with respect to the goal of the project, and produce the final report and outputs according to the term of reference.
