Describe Ethnomethodology.

(Think about how it connects to your experiences, ideas, learning from elsewhere, etc.) These must be posted to Blackboard the day we are scheduled to discuss your topic! There are no excused late or made-up logs. The only source allowed to be used for this assignment is the textbook: Crawfod, Lizabeth A. and Datherine B. Novak. 2018. Individual and Society: Sociological Social Psychology, 2nd edition. New York: Routlage I will be uploading screenshots of the specific pages for reference later. 1. Please put at the top something like: Last name, First Soc 302 Date C & N, Ch. 1, bystander effect This is like a short-hand reference, useful for these informal little papers, for which I know the actual references. It saves you from wasting 2 or 3 lines in your short paper telling me what issue you chose from which reading. The only formality I need, beyond this, is the page number from your reading if you are using a direct quote. 2. Do remember to explain the issue you choose as you read about it and also give me your reaction. I need both pieces. I’ll probably have more comments as I go through the first batch of papers, but I wanted to get these two to you quickly, before you submit something for this week. I’ve “corrected” a few papers for point #1, but now that you all have this, I’ll stop, on the assumption that you’ll grasp this without scribbles on your individual papers. (Making comments using BB is very awkward and time consuming; I’d rather be reading more papers and making more interesting comments.)
