Why do you think they are different? Whilst they both sell things, they sell different things through different formats.Explain the legal status of both organisations highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Discuss who owns and controls each organisation. Both Jessops and Asda are Ltd’s although Asda is owned by the large US company Walmart. Whilst you’ve done some of this for Asda, you haven’t really got to grips with it for Jessops.
