Your communication plan must include the following: *Describes the key components of a successful health care delivery system in an indigenous community, and identifies knowledge gaps, unknowns, missing information, unanswered questions, or areas of uncertainty (where further information could enhance the quality of the health care delivery system). *Describes the factors that prevent access and use of health care in indigenous populations, and supports with relevant scholarly resources. *Analyzes efficacy of current public health approaches used in a specific indigenous community, and impartially considers conflicting data and other perspectives. *Aligns the key messages of a health care initiative to the needs and culture of a specific population group, and identifies assumptions on which the alignment is based. *Recommends a culturally appropriate communication strategy for a targeted audience, and identifies criteria that could be used to evaluate the strategy. *Outlines the strategy for two-way communication between a health care provider and a specific community, and identifies knowledge gaps, unknowns, missing information, unanswered questions, or areas of uncertainty (where further information could improve the outline).
