Well, in this assignment you are going to spend time reviewing your technology usage and your own personal technology profile. Relax – you won’t be asked to cut them out Instead of cutting them off, we want you to take a log of all your technology use over a 24 hour time period. What you will want to note is what technology you are using (to the best of your knowledge): What technology are you using? (e.g. iPhone, Smart TV, Google Home, XBox, etc.) What are you doing (activity) with it? (e.g. searching the web, playing a game, watching videos, listening to music, etc.)How long did you use it? (estimated in minutes) It’s not as easy as you might think – try and record as much as you can about your own use of technology from the minute you wake up until the 24 hours is completed. Tracking Your UsageYou can record your usage any way you like (e.g. Google Sheet, MS Excel, paper notebook, etc) during the 24 hour period.
