Find the Five-Forces Framework tables at the end of the Strategic Management Handbook, chapter 4. f you need a transcription of this video, email your instructor.Follow the instructions on the cover page of the workbook, which will guide you through the process of creating a fast-cooker to sell in the simulated industry for this round. But note: your choices should be guided by a Five-Forces analysis. To perform a Five-Forces Analysis on our simulated fast-cooker industry, use the Five-Forces Framework tables included at the end of the Strategic Management Handbook, chapter 4 as a template.
