I. Case A On Friday the 13th, Mr. Slick Fingers went into the Walmart wearing dark sun glasses, baseball cap covering his most of eyes, a hoody and sweatpants. The lost prevention officer, Mr. Your Guilty, thought Mr. Slick Fingers looked very suspicious. After watching him for 10 minutes, Mr. Your Guilty decided to grab Slick Fingers and forced him into the loss prevention office while he investigated any wrong doing. Mr. Your Guilty ask him several question without first reading him his Miranda warnings. Mr. Slick Fingers stated that this was his day off and he had not stolen anything. Mr. Your Guilty held Mr. Slick in the locked loss prevention office for 5 hours while doing his investigation. Meanwhile, Mr. Slick Fingers decided to grab a pair of scissors from the desk and pick the door lock. In the process his hands slipped and he suffers a serious cut to his hand. Mr. Slick Fingers takes the scissors to wash off the blood and return them to the desk. Mr. Your Guilty catches him and takes out a warrant for stealing the scissors. 1A. While leaving Mr. Rich’s house he decided he would run across the front lawn where he suddenly fell into a unmarked two foot hole in the center of the lawn. Mr Rich has started digging that hole a week earlier so that he may bury his family’s jewels but never told Mr. Finger about it nor marked the area as dangerous.
