Defining Population Health Concerns in the US?DescriptionThe purpose of this population health paper is to select and describe a population health concern we are facing in the US today. For this paper you may select a national topic, or you may choice a topic specific to Colorado. You must conduct a short literature review to collect data and description on your selected topic area.
