This looks fine Malcolm. However, I have to question some of your sources. Where did you get Yared, Druckman, Mumby, Alvesson, and Johnstone? It may be that you’ve lifted them from Swales; if so, this is not how you would cite them. If you cite somethging that Swales has cited, you would cite it as an indirect source (qtd. in Swales #). My quess is this is what has happened; however, you may not have followed this citation guideline because most of what you have provided is paraphrased. I would avoid that. If I find what you have used is in fact not a paraphrase, there will be deductions. My advice is to cite passages directly, use quotation marks to do so, and document your sources properly.
