( one example is when I was working on a medsurg unit as a RN, a difficult patient was stating that earlier she was complaining of chest pain and nurse before her ignored her. I assessed her and she stated it was like “an elephant sat on her chest” I took vitals and it was stable, I ordered a stat EKG while i waited for the cardiologist i paged over head. EKG showed she had a heart attack. Cardiologist came in and transferred her to Cardiac unit.. PLease feel free to elaborate to meet the criteria needed. V. Conclusion-must be a paragraph VI.
