Upon doing so, compose and submit a brief reflection paper, Written Reflection #5 (300 words minimum), on your view of Dweck’s outlook. To structure your reflection, please respond to the following points: (1) Briefly define and contrast the fixed vs. the growth mindset. As much as possible, connect the content of Dweck’s work with Michael Santos’ vision of prison reform. (2) Identify the strengths and weaknesses of Dweck’s approach: What insights from her book might benefit a servant leader’s self-understanding as well as his/her relationships with others?
