How does stress impact the quality of interpersonal relationships?

In Ch. 14, health psychology is presented, including the role that stress plays in psychological functioning. Please discuss the role that stress plays in our lives. In other words, how, if at all, do elevated stress levels impact one’s ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life. How does stress impact the quality of interpersonal relationships? Also, please discuss whether or not health psychology interventions to reduce stress levels can be effectively used to improve our overall psychological functioning. If so, what are they?
