Define Anthropology.

As we have repeatedly seen throughout this course, there are ongoing scholarly debates centering on whether globalization fosters cultural homogenization or heterogenization. Related to these debates are ongoing questions about cultural authenticity and imperialism that result from the complex global flows of information, media, ideas, money etc.Employing an anthropological perspective, one focusing on the lived experiences of real people, different places, and the articulation of the global and the local, please state your own position on this complex issue of homogenization/heterogenization. Does globalization foster cultural homogenization or heterogenization? Both? Neither?
