Take the chronic disease assessments from Washington University School of Medicine (https://siteman.wustl.edu/prevention/ydr/). You should take six of them – osteoporosis, stroke, diabetes, heart disease, and any two cancer assessments. Evaluate the assessments. Did you discover any risks for any of these diseases that you did not know you had? Did any of the questions surprise you? If you do not know your blood pressure or cholesterol levels, you will be limited with some of your answers.
