Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is the process of making informed clinical decisions while providing excellent patient care reflecting the patients’ values, culture, and needs. EBP involves high quality care, improvement in patients’ health and outcomes, decreased cost, while providing increased levels of satisfaction and teamwork for clinicians (Melnyk et al., 2018). Implementers of EBT consists of the level of medical intervention, the clinician’s knowledge and skills, the intervention process, the culture within the clinicians regarding EBT, and managers and leaders that are models in implementing and supporting EBT (Melnyk et al., 2018). Through Employ Evidence Based Practice, clinicians use EBP to promote the best practice of care while using the appropriate cost. Reliable healthcare, preventable medical errors and decrease of cost are a few components of EBT. Patient safety and satisfaction are goals of modern medicine and affects all of us while caring for our patients and are correlated with patient’s financial needs.
