You should have a short paragraph for each macro and micronutrient listed in the spreadsheet. Include: Why the nutrient is important, what the RDA is, and what is your intake. Provide examples of foods that cause deficiencies or excesses for each nutrient. Medications—What meds do you take and what nutritional considerations apply to the meds.
