For this assignment, you will be given several case studies to choose from. You will choose one of them and prepare a broad, preliminary treatment plan utilizing CBT principles and practices and provide a rationale for your choices. Purpose: The purpose for this assignment is to give you experience conceptualizing a set of presenting problems a depressed or anxious client may bring to you and practice developing a preliminary treatment plan, specific to CBT. Format: Select one case study from the samples provided. You are to prepare a preliminary CBT treatment plan.
