Although having a primary care provider is recommended for everyone, describe a type of individual or population for whom this is especially important, and why it is so important. I will attach the 6 elements of care. Please add 2 sources at the end of the first page. On the second page watch this YouTube video and answer questions below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlTOEIFvaa4 One aspect of an investor’s decision to invest in taxable versus non-taxable bonds can be the investor’s marginal tax rate. “Marginal tax rate” can be seen as the highest rate the taxpayer would be liable for on his/her income under the IRS’s graduated tax rate system. (Higher taxable income is taxed at a higher rate than lower taxable income.) Please view the attached video above and comment on how an investor can reach a decision that seems to be in the investor’s best interest. In terms of taxable versus non-taxable bonds, what would happen to the investor’s decision if he/she had a lower income? Was in the highest tax bracket? Paid no taxes whatsoever?Might there be features in a bond which make it a “safer” investment relative to another bond? A more attractive investment relative to other bonds?
