Topic:”EEOC Sues CCC Group for racial Harassment”. This is an HR issue because in any company the rules should be clear that there will not be any type of harassment or discrimination in the company. As stated in EEOC.gov,”CCC Group, Inc., violated federal law when it fostered a work environment rife with racist comments and discriminatory work conditions.” There should be more actions taken to make sure that this company gets out of the gators mouth.The issue is between the black employees, white supervisors and white employees. The company as a whole was charged because of the supervisor and white employees actions led to the racial harassment towards the black employees. The black employees at Construction Company’s Ravena worksite were harassed with racist insults and a noose. The white supervisors and employees made daily harassment towards the black employees. The blacks worked in different work conditions than the whites. The radio station was another tool in harassing their black employees.This has put the company in a bad position because people talk and this issue could put a bad reputation on the company as a whole just because of certain workers in the company.
