Per the textbook, one of the core components of implementing a community-based public health program, is to confirm the users and adopters of the program…which may mean going back to engage some of the stakeholders and “gatekeepers” that were involved in the initial stages of the program design. One way to engage these partners, is through a focus group…but this approach has its pros and cons.Imagine you are a program director for a community-based clinic.
