The company is to be a company of your choice, but, must be listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. You are required to prepare a report on the chosen company. The report should conform the following ▪ An overview about the company and the industry in which it operates. ▪ Identify the key structure of corporate governance of the chosen company, and in your own words describe if this structure good or bad. ▪ Identity the CSR activities conducted by the chosen company.
