In this last section of the course we have put our attention towards Indian Removal, The Mexican-American War, Civil War Events and Reconstruction, in addition to required readings chapter 7, 8, 9 in Zinn and class notes. What I have tried to instill in my lectures are personal reactions of events, what these events meant to people on a personal level and on society in the face of the dogmatic status quo.
