I’m sure there were many in Buncombe County leadership positions asking themselves : “how did we get here?”As you read through Chapter 2 of our text in preparation for class think about this question:What benefits accrue to business if ethics is made part of its strategy?Share your thinking, as outlined in Chapter 2, as to how, going forward Buncombe County can provide oversight and “make it easier to blow the whistle.” Should there be financial incentives for the whistleblower?
