Identify and describe the issues that affect the company of concern or the field of international marketing management. For one article identify an ethical issue of concern and explain the cause(s) of the issues. The second article will deal with the implications of the information in the article for a marketing manager and the bearing of the 4 P’s of the marketing mix. This is explained in the syllabus under Term Project. Be careful not to confuse the cause(s) or issues of concern with possible symptoms that describe the problem. The actual cause of the issues at hand or problem will explain precisely each and every symptom as it relates to the problem. i.e. The facts as presented in the article indicate a decrease in retail sales over the last three years. This fact represents a symptom and not the cause of the decrease in sales.
State your opinion as to how you can use the information in the article to improve the international marketing management process. Describe the issues at hand and how you can implement them as a marketing manager.
Describe how you would implement any changes you believe the marketing manager could use to improve international business.
