Step 2 – Identify at least 2 stories of interest and read through the material. Take note of the question or inspiration for the story and the findings or conclusions; identify two or three keywords from the story. Copy down the URL for your favorite story.

Step 3 – Navigate to the SLU library page and search those keywords in the database. Find one peer-reviewed article on the same topic and download a .pdf copy of the article. Read the article and determine how it connects to the ideas within the story you read on brainfacts.org.

The peer-reviewed article and a short synopsis.
Identify the field of research.
Indicate why you found this area of research interesting.
Discuss whether or not you plan to proceed with this topic for further investigation as the framework for your paper. (This is for Cognitive Psychology if needed to know on what direction to go as in picking a topic)
