Develop two measurable goals for the behavior addressed.

When conducting the FBA:
Operationally define the target behavior(s).
Describe your measurement procedures.
Provide a narrative to describe the baseline data and describe your hypothesis of the behavioral outcome for the problem behavior, including the antecedents and consequences from the data gathered in Session 3.

After conducting the FBA, create a 2-4 page behavior intervention plan (BIP) using research based strategies. The BIP must:

Address the targeted behavior the student exhibited.
Develop a behavior plan directly related to the FBA.
Develop two measurable goals for the behavior addressed.
Justify the interventions chosen (citing at least two references).
Discuss how parents will be communicated with concerning this plan.
Address whether or not the student would “qualify” based on CDE’s SED definition.
