For this activity, you will create a different kind of growth chart. Think of it as an alternative resume: Instead of listing your successes and accomplishments, you will focus on three occasions in the past when things didn’t go as you planned or you made a mistake. Pick important ones that carry significance, if possible. For each of the three occasions, respond to these questions:What happened? What was your role in the outcome? Did you accept responsibility for your actions? If not, what prevented you? What did or could you do to accept responsibility in the future?
