There is a burgeoning body of work demonstrating the value of “self-practice” in the development of psychological practitioners. Based on this accumulating evidence, this case study asks that you participate in some “self-experiential work” – ostensibly you become the case! You will assess your own psychological strengths and limitations and their influence on performance. Based on this assessment, you will develop and experience your own “intervention”.
