Counseling Theory Paper. Part A: Analysis of theories Select two theories to compare and contrast. You can only select one from the same category. The categories are: A. Psychoanalytic, Jungian, Adlerian, Erickson B. Existential, Person-centered, Gestalt C. Behavior, Cognitive Behavior, Choice/Reality D. Narrative, Feminist, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family System. Give a brief summary (approximately 1 page per theory) explaining each theory and then 2-3 pages comparing and contrasting them. Be specific in how they are alike and how they are different. The length of this section should not exceed 8 pages.. Part B: Personal views Which of these two theories is closer to your own views and beliefs? Be specific in the parts you agree with and the parts you don’t. Why do you agree or disagree with them? On what do you base your views?
