FFH is currently entering an expansion mode, and you have been asked to serve on a three-person task force whose objective is to recommend one location for expansion. A consulting firm was hired to review locations in the Midwest area of the United States and to identify the top locations for expansion. A typical FFH store will need to hire roughly 100 part-time and full-time employees, and a concern about each of the identified locations is the availability of qualified applicants for store positions. A preferred candidate would have 1–2 years of college and at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
