Can you explain a little better why a company would use the Baldrige Criteria if it is also using other methods of quality improvement?

Can you explain a little better why a company would use the Baldrige Criteria if it is also using other methods of quality improvement? Out of the seven categories which ones do you think are the hardest for companies to be successful at and why ?
