You should also use and cite Ede’s definitions of Aristotle’s appeals. You should take into consideration the purpose, audience, and message of the ad as well as any cultural implications the ad may address. Make sure you describe the ad deeply–you may want to do this very early in the essay. Make sure you cite your sources properly where you use them in the text of the essay and on Works Cited page. You are also required to create parenthetical references for the advertisement you use and a Works Cited page for the essay.
