ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1)Review charting information on pages included in this Module.
2)Using the explanations as a guide consider the implications for possible errors that the slight differences may cause.
3)Choose one representation that presents enough discrepancy that you might make a medical error (answers will vary, there is no single correct answer, for example on the geometric chart #13 and #30 appear the same but the same condition is represented differently for #13 in the anatomical and computer-generated chart).
