What primary source or sources of authority do you look when making moral or ethical decisions? How do you seek to evaluate and apply these ideas to your moral decision-making?

How can social workers ethically work with clients in their moral decision making? How can social workers assist clients to do this well while managing the influence of their own potential bias, power, privilege, and values in working with clients and constituencies with different values or experiences? Identify values and standards from the code of ethics to support your response.
