Define social responsibility and describe the significance of social responsibility based on your learning during the Interdisciplinary Program. Why will social responsibility be essential for your professional career as a teacher or instructor? There are many skills needed to be an effective, socially responsible leader: managing ambiguity, understanding how to communicate with others, project management, research, analysis, listening, and the ability to work on a project long term.
