In the article entitled “Just Racist’: EPA Cuts Will Hit Black and Hispanic Communities the Hardest” John Coequyt, campaign director of the Sierra Club states, “To cut the environmental justice program at EPA is just racist.” This is a strong statement that requires explanation and support for its claim.
