One estimate is that it costs one years salary to replace an employee who has left the business or organization. So, you can see how important the initiative is to the court who is very short of resources. The other fact encouraging succession planning is the competition by all organizations and businesses for smart dedicated employees. The one employer career is from a past generation and time. Keeping good employees is key to success today.
