Which of the four stages of creating strategy; What Is, What’s The Hope, What’s In The Way, and What’s The Path is most often neglected in your agency? Submit one original post (at least 250 words) to the Discussion Board.I believe our department neglects the What’s in the way of the four stages of creating strategy. Because :1.Our current administration is new and young2.The current administration is following former strategies that are outdated or beyond the formers timeline3. Current strategies seen to be in limbo. Instead of be proactive majority of their actions are reactive. 4.It seems at times the leaders aren’t open to new information and are afraid to step out the comfort zone.
